This project is the new construction of the permanent home of the Jewish Synagogue, Temple Kol Ami. The ±15,000 square foot facility will be located on a 5.7 acre parcel of land in Thornhill, just north of Toronto.
The basement of the new building will house classroom and administrative areas while the ground floor encompasses the sanctuary and chapel spaces. Also included in the spaces will be a social hall and kitchen.
 The approximate construction budget for this new facility is C$2.5 million.
Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited was retained to provide mechanical and electrical cost consulting services throughout the design process for this project.
