 The completely re-designed Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto re-opened in 1999 as an intimate, luxury hotel at the base of a high rise condominium. It features a restaurant, club, lounges gym, indoor swimming pool and spa.
The original heritage 4 storey building was carefully restored with boutique style hotel suites around an upscale dining room and bar that serve the hotel, condominiums and the community. The condominiums  have private elevator access to each suite, very large outdoor terraces and high ceilings throughout.
Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited provided mechanical and electrical support services to this project in mid-town Toronto. Services provided included change order review and dispute resolution support. |
