Residential Projects
CRS has considerable experience in residential projects including condominiums, student residences, hotels and resorts.
In high end residential and hotel/resort buildings, the level of quality of lighting and plumbing fixtures is superior to what one would find in a standard residential building. In most cases, hotel, resort and condominium projects have custom lighting in entrance and lobby areas. Attention must be paid to HVAC systems for guest/resident comfort and interior design criteria.
Usually, with these types of buildings come the recreational areas including pools, spas, and gyms. All these areas require special attention to lighting and air quality for the safety and comfort of guests and residents.
