Institutional Projects
Clare, Randall-Smith (CRS) has been frequently engaged in a variety of Institutional Projects ranging from health & welfare to detention to educational & scientific buildings.
In Hospital projects, great care is taken with the special mechanical and electrical requirements for each department from admin to operating rooms to ensure that systems meet the latest codes and standards.
Detention buildings always require special attention to security, communication and control systems. The standard of lighting & plumbing fixtures in these institutions is distinctive from those in other sectors of the construction industry.
Educational and scientific buildings, such as libraries and laboratories have intricate mechanical and electrical needs including humidification and, in some cases, hazardous environments.
