 Lester B. Pearson International Airport caters to approximately 25 million passengers each year between three passenger terminals.
The new terminal project is a portion of a complete redevelopment of the airport a “super terminal”, parking garage for ±12,000 vehicles and an automatic people mover.
Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited has been involved with several GTAA activities for numerous years. Among the electrical budget costing exercises for various terminal development projects, Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates has been extensively involved with the fire alarm and security requirements of the existing GTAA terminals and the present terminal expansion projects. CRSAL has also monitored the installation and progression of the life safety and security systems.
Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited provided mechanical and electrical support services for both the infield development project and new terminal project. CRS was involved with both change order review and claim dispute resolution on both projects. We also provided mechanical and electrical cost estimating services for the parking garage as well as the automated people mover system.
