 The Flat Rock manufacturing plant is a co-operation between Ford and Mazda where the Mercury Cougar and Mazda 626 vehicles are assembled.
This project consisted of preparing cost estimates, for the complex, to aid in the settlement of a tax appeal.
The estimated re-construction cost was established at approximately US$332 million.
Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited was retained to provide cost estimates, ultimately, for the City of Flat Rock.
