 The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City is the world's largest cultural complex. The 12 world-renowned independent resident companies that make up Lincoln Center represent the very best in the performing arts today.
Projects recently at the Lincoln Center complex include the Metropolitan Opera House, the Julliard School, Rose Building, Vivian Beaumont Theater, Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater, New York State Opera, and Avery Fisher Hall. Combined, these projects result in an aggressive renovation of Lincoln Center and update of its theatrical sound and lighting systems. The total combined construction budget was approximately US$100 million.
Clare Randall-Smith & Associates was retained to provide mechanical and electrical cost estimating for the revitalization master plan.
