Toronto, Ontario
www.osgoodehall.com

Osgoode Hall is a heritage building located in downtown Toronto. This historic site is the focus for legal activity in Ontario. Since 1840 Osgoode Hall has been co-owned by the Ontario Government and the Law Society. The Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court Of Justice and the Law Society of Upper Canada currently reside at Osgoode Hall.

This project consists of three separate exercises. The first is a renovation with an estimated construction cost of C$3.1 million. The second is a space reconfiguration in the north wing and third is a capital cost analysis study.

Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited and A.W. Hooker Associates Ltd were retained to provide budget estimates for all three areas of this project.
