Commercial Projects
Clare, Randall-Smith's (CRS) vast experience in commercial projects includes retail, office and public service buildings.
Office buildings always require flexibility in the mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate periodic reconfigurations within the ever changing office space rental market. Emphasis must be placed on LEED requirements, HVAC, lighting, and power requirements in computer environments.
Public service buildings, such as police, fire, courthouses or embassies, require ‘state-of-the-art' teledata systems. Courthouses and Embassies have a need for specialized HVAC systems as well as extensive security and audio/visual systems.
Air distribution also plays a role in the comfort of customers in retail environments. Attention must also be paid to the use of specialized lighting to highlight product displays in these types of projects.
