Professional Experience

Ed Weisman has been involved in the construction industry since 1957.

Before his association with Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited, Ed started out as a sheet metal apprentice and then acquired 19 years experience as a sheet metal mechanic and foreman at English and Mould Limited.

Embarking upon his estimating career in 1976 with English and Mould Limited, Ed supervised and lead the estimating department until 1992. Ed began his association with the firm in 1997.

Ed consistently demonstrates his abilities in pricing projects from the conceptual to the tender stages. He has an extensive background in H.V.A.C. cost control, change notice review, and value engineering.

Ed Weisman has been involved in a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects including airports, casinos, colleges, community centres, courthouses, government buildings, hospitals, hotels, laboratories, libraries, museums, newspaper plants, office buildings, performing arts centres, pharmaceutical facilities, schools, sports venues and universities.
