Nick Boutselis has been involved in the construction industry since 1989.
Before joining Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates Limited, Nick gained expertise in the areas of project management, cost control, change notice review, progress draw review, geographical market studies and budgeting along with dispute resolution and asset evaluation services.
Mr. Boutselis joined Clare, Randall-Smith & Associates in 2001 and consistently demonstrates his ability and proven track record as an electrical estimator. He has an extensive background in cost control, change notice and progress draw review, and value engineering. Nick was appointed Vice-President in 2004.
Nick Boutselis has been involved in a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects such as airports, performing arts centers, power generating facilities, industrial process plants, pharmaceutical facilities, educational and correctional institutions, transit centers, hospital/medical buildings, and automotive plants. |
